Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge, Med/Surg

Location: Frisco, Texas

Shift: 12-Hour Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Shift Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Salary: $32 - $53/hour

Job Overview:

Join our Med/Surg team in Frisco, Texas, and play a key role in launching our state-of-the-art facility, opening July 2025. As a Charge RN, you will provide leadership, oversee patient care, and collaborate with a growing team to deliver exceptional healthcare to the North Texas community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Oversee nursing procedures and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing team during your shift.
• Address patient discomfort with compassionate and effective care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire).
