In This Role, You Will:

  • Ensure smooth orientation week for new hires
  • Present OncoEMR & Intranet materials
  • Facilitate sessions and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Manage orientation supplies and monitor attendance/behavior
  • Coordinate training plans with hiring managers
  • Support preceptors and conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins
  • Manage cross-training, internal transfers, and promotions
  • Provide refreshers and retraining as needed
  • Offer virtual in-services and 1:1 sessions
  • Conduct clerical and clinical refreshers for long standing employees
  • Address issues and develop new workflows with leadership
  • Create and update training resources (e.g., manuals, videos, cheat sheets)
  • Develop tailored training plans for acquisitions
  • Conduct office visits and manage project timelines
  • Order supplies and coordinate with departments
  • Lead go-live sessions and address onsite issues

We Require:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Strong understanding of clinical practices and processes
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing leadership and other teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to create and update training resources
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of oncology-specific practices and protocols is preferred
  • general knowledge of EMR systems
  • Nucleus management

  • Salary starting at $110,000  annually based on experience
