In This Role, You Will:
Ensure smooth orientation week for new hires
Present OncoEMR & Intranet materials
Facilitate sessions and troubleshoot technical issues
Manage orientation supplies and monitor attendance/behavior
Coordinate training plans with hiring managers
Support preceptors and conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins
Manage cross-training, internal transfers, and promotions
Provide refreshers and retraining as needed
Offer virtual in-services and 1:1 sessions
Conduct clerical and clinical refreshers for long standing employees
Address issues and develop new workflows with leadership
Create and update training resources (e.g., manuals, videos, cheat sheets)
Develop tailored training plans for acquisitions
Conduct office visits and manage project timelines
Order supplies and coordinate with departments
Lead go-live sessions and address onsite issues
We Require:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
Strong understanding of clinical practices and processes
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing leadership and other teams
Attention to detail and ability to create and update training resources
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of oncology-specific practices and protocols is preferred
general knowledge of EMR systems
Nucleus management
What We Offer:
Salary starting at $110,000 annually based on experience
