Role Overview

Critical Care Registered Nurses will deliver high‑quality patient care in ICU, CCU, or Step‑Down units. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and effective patient outcomes within a high‑acuity clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and operate critical care equipment


• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies


• Develop and implement individualized care plans


• Document assessments, interventions, and clinical outcomes


• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)


• NCLEX‑RN passed or in progress


• Minimum of 24 months of recent acute‑care experience in critical care


• English language proficiency


• Willingness to relocate to Michigan for a minimum of three years

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, depending on experience
