Role Overview
Critical Care Registered Nurses will deliver high‑quality patient care in ICU, CCU, or Step‑Down units. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes in a demanding clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and manage critical care equipment


• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies


• Develop and implement individualized care plans


• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes


• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)


• NCLEX-RN passed or in progress


• Minimum of 24 months of recent acute‑care experience in critical care


• English language proficiency


• Willingness to relocate to New Jersey for a minimum of three years

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, depending on experience
