Location: Panama City, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift (No Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and integration of department operations aligned with strategic goals
• Drive performance improvement and ensure effective resource utilization
• Oversee seamless patient flow through the care continuum
• Develop and manage comprehensive education programs for staff and patients
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Evaluate new technologies and services to enhance care delivery
• Facilitate high-risk case conferences and oversee research projects (IRB involvement)
• Develop and implement short- and long-range program strategies
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage departmental staff

Requirements

• BSN (Bachelors in Nursing) Required
• Active Florida Registered Nurse or APRN License Required
• BLS Certification Required
