Registered Nurse Director of Branch Operations

Description

• Provide Clinical Oversight: Supervise and support Clinical Care Managers across the region. Monitor clinical documentation, outstanding orders, plans of care, and ensure timely and compliant care coordination.
• Support Field Excellence: Act as a clinical resource for escalated care needs and complex cases. Step in with a small caseload when needed to ensure continuity of care.
• Strengthen Quality and Compliance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Help identify and correct clinical performance issues while promoting best practices aligned with regulatory standards.
• Coach and Develop Teams: Contribute to the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Clinical Care Managers. Support professional growth, competency assessments, and performance management in partnership with leadership.
• Promote Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Nursing, branch staff, and interdisciplinary teams to drive care consistency, staff accountability, and operational alignment.
• Ensure Readiness: Stay current on home health regulations and requirements, ensuring the region meets standards for clinical excellence and survey preparedness.

• Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing 
• Supervisory or nurse management experience preferred
• Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred
