Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurses to join our team in Arizona. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate patient care in compliance with hospital standards and regulations. The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care, works effectively in a team environment, and remains calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Develop and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment data
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality care
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Ensure patient safety through evidence-based nursing practices

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma program (BSN preferred)
• Licensure: Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (must obtain AZ license within 30 days of employment)
• Certifications:
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association or client)
  • ACLS & PALS (within 3 months), Client training (within 6 months), TNCC (within 24 months)
  • De-escalation techniques training (within 3 months of hire)

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical setting
• One year of acute Med/Surg nursing experience; CCRN or CEN certification encouraged
  
  Schedule: 2pm-2am || 3pm-3am
  Sign on Bonus for fulltime
  
  shift diff for nights and weekends $5.00 for nights and $2.00 for weekends. The ED does offer 5% specialty pay
