What You'll Do
As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you
will provide high -quality, patient -centered care in a dynamic emergency
setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision -making,
and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering compassionate
care to patients of all ages.
You will:
- Provide direct and indirect
professional nursing care in a fast -paced emergency setting with strong
clinical judgment and minimal supervision.
- Perform rapid and accurate patient
triage for all patients presented for emergency care
- Collect and evaluate assessment
data, prioritize patient care, and implement appropriate interventions
based on identified physical and psychosocial needs while supporting
efficient patient flow throughout the system
- Monitor patient responses to
treatments and interventions, evaluating effectiveness and adjusting care
as needed
- Collaborate and communicate effectively
with multidisciplinary teams and Emergency Department physicians regarding
patient status, clinical findings, diagnostic results, and patient flow.
- Respond promptly and effectively to
changes in patient condition, treatment responses, and evolving patient
care needs within the department
- Support efficient patient flow
throughout the department
- Accurately document all patient
care and clinical findings

What We Are Looking For
Education, Qualifications and Licenses:
- Graduate of an accredited School of
Nursing required
- Active Montana RN License required
- BLS Certification required
- COVID -19 Vaccination
- ACLS & PALS (within 6 months of hire)
- TNCC & ENPC (within 1 year of hire)
- CEN Certification preferred
