Registered Nurse - Emergency Department | Full-Time | 0.75 FTE | Days | Nights

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed
healthcare organization in Helena, MT and we are seeking to hire experienced
and compassionate RNs for their Emergency Department to deliver high-quality
nursing care in a fast-faced setting with professionalism, adaptability and
minimal supervision.

In this role, you will expertly triage patients,
prioritize care needs, and provide timely interventions addressing physical and
psychosocial needs.

You would also monitor patient responses, adjust
treatments as needed, collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary
team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while responding effectively
to changing patient conditions.

Schedule: Full-Time | 0.75 FTE | Days (9:00 AM – 9:00
PM) 12 Hour shifts | Nights (12 Hour Shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
  high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting

What We Are Looking For

Education, Experience and Certifications

• Graduate
  of an accredited professional nursing program
  
• Emergency
  nursing experience preferred; Critical care experience desirableCurrent
  Montana RN License
  
• BLS
  required; ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire
  
• TNCC
  required within 1 year of hire
  
• NRP
  & ENPC required within 2 years of hire
  
• CEN
  preferred
  
• Knowledge
  of emergency nursing roles and practices
