Job Description:

*Demonstrates compliance with mandatory meetings through attendance, written testing, or make-up sessions.

*Maintains accurate and complete Employee Health records. Monitors and tracks bloodborne pathogen exposures and Tuberculin skin testing program for compliance per hospital policy.

*Monitors Employee Health records for compliance with vaccination requirements per hospital policy.

*Assists in the organization of employee files, records, and pertinent occupational health statistics to facilitate easy access and analysis.

*Employs sound professional judgment and demonstrates creativity in recommending reasonable solutions in the work environment.

*Assists in the follow-up of workers’ compensation investigations at the request of the Manager and accurately documents findings.

*Other duties as assigned. Administers medication and vaccines provided in the Employee Health Department. Conducts new hire assessments and annual assessments for team members.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]


Work Experience:

• 1+ years experiences as a registered nurse [Required]

• Microsoft, Excel, EMR experience [Required]


Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
 

Pay Range:

Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
