Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Department: Endoscopy; Work Hours: Part time, 630-3, 7-330, 8-430 with on call Mon-Fri 430p-6am, On call Weekends and Holidays 6am-6am.

Provides professional nursing care practicing legal nursing responsibilities as indicated by the Nurse Practice Act.  

Requirements Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required. Basic Cardiac Life Support. ACLS. One year current pre/intra/post GI Lab or current pre/intra/post Endoscopy experience (Heritage Valley Beaver). Based on operational needs, on-call and late shifts may be required. Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred: Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. Certification in the posted specialty area.
