Registered Nurse - ER/Med Surg

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ER/Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced and patient-focused healthcare team in Iowa. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate nursing professional who thrives in both Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, high-quality patient care in both ER and Med Surg units

• Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care

• Document all care accurately in electronic medical records

• Respond quickly and efficiently in critical/emergency situations

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and all state/federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa or a valid multistate compact RN license

• Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification (must be valid at the time of hire)

• Mandatory Reporter Certificates for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse (required upon hire)

• 1+ year of recent clinical experience in ER or Med Surg preferred
