Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Float Pool
Compensation: $43/hour
Minimum of two (2) years of critical care experience required

Position Summary:

As a Float Pool RN, you’ll bring your critical care expertise to various departments based on staffing needs. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care while working alongside a team that values mutual support and shared commitment to patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring privacy, dignity, and respectful care
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop appropriate diagnoses
• Implement individualized care plans with a focus on continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
• Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations, delivering consistent care
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent bedside experience in an acute care hospital setting
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred at hire, required within 6 months)
• BSN preferred
