Diuretic Clinic - IV initiation and maintenance, IV push and oral medication administration, phlebotomy. Fall risk prevention and patient response to medication therapies. Appropriate department required documentation in the electronic health record including charge capture for relevant services. Other patient care needed to ensure safe outcomes

Amvuttra Clinic- enrollment with drug therapy company, ensures insurance approvals, often assisting with Prior Authorization process, medication injection. Appropriate department required documentation in the electronic health record including charge capture for relevant services.  . Other patient care needed to ensure safe outcomes

Heart Failure Remote Monitoring Program – review physiological data for evaluation of HF status, implementing changes in the plan of care based on standard practices of the department. Other patient care needed to ensure safe outcomes
