AmeriCARE Denver is looking for Registered Nurses for in home assessments and care planning who wish to grow with us and provide the best care in the Denver area.

Clinical Tasks

• Initial in-Home Assessments


• Care plan development


• Change of condition visits


• Geriatric Home Health Assessment


• Oversight of CNA


• Recommendations and interventions as needed

Administration

• Obtaining physician orders


• Care coordination


• CNA skills verification

Pay

$45 - $55 /hour Weekdays Only

Hours

Flexible work hours. The successful candidate has the option to request a preference for the days they would like work shifts

Training

Training for this position takes place in Denver, CO and can last between 2-3 weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: from 20 up to 40 hrs. per week
