Registered Nurse Home Care

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide high-quality home care services to patients in Detroit, MI, and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments.


• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.


• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team and family members.


• Educate patients and their families on managing illness, medication, and recovery plans.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and patient progress.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health.


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Detroit and surrounding areas.
