Registered Nurse - Home Health

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. As a vital part of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Requirements

Years of Experience: 1 year(s)

Charting System: Epic

Certifications: BLS, Oasis

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in home care or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
• Knowledge of sonography techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with urgent care protocols is beneficial for providing comprehensive patient support.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple patient cases efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in nursing practice.

Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
