Registered Nurse - Home Health

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting independence. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.

Charting System: Epic

Certifications: BLS, IV start and Phlebotomy, Oasis

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in areas such as hospital care, ICU experience, trauma medicine, and laboratory procedures.
• Proficient in administering dermal fillers and utilizing aseptic techniques for safe practice.
• Knowledgeable in neonatal ventilator management and infant care protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to assess behavioral health needs and provide appropriate interventions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on promoting independence and quality of life.

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
