Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse who will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered home health care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role offers flexible schedules, requires minimal weekend shifts, and pays per visit. Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program, a rewarding compensation package, and the potential to partake in a company vehicle program.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality home health care to patients in their homes

- Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care

- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided

- Work with schedulers to assist in the creation of monthly care plans



Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- Associate degree or higher in Nursing

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and caring demeanor



Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- At least one year of professional experience as an RN, with home health experience preferred

- Ability to travel as required



Required Licenses, Training, and Certifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license/certification in Pennsylvania

- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

- Valid American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

- Valid driver's license, reliable mode of transportation, and auto insurance
