Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Location: Lawrence, KS

Shift Details:

• Shift: 12-hour shifts, 1845-0715
• Schedule: Full-time, every other weekend
• On-call: None
• Holiday Requirement: As needed

Compensation:

• Base Pay: Starting at $31.22/hour
• Shift Differentials:
• Evening: $2.75/hour
• Night: $4.00/hour
• Weekend Day: $2.50/hour
• Weekend Evening: $4.75/hour
• Weekend Night: $6.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families to promote informed decision-making.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with clinical teams and document patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• KS RN License
• BLS Certification
• Preferred:
• Bachelor's in Nursing
• ACLS within 6 months of hire
