Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Location: Peterborough, NH

Shift Type: Nights

Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (3 days)

Compensation:

• Hourly Range: $26.98 - $43.17
• Annual Salary Range: $56,118.40 - $89,793.60
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Payout Schedule: $5,000 in first check, $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 1 year

Position Overview:

The ICU RN will provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in a 2-bed step-down ICU unit, also floating to Med-Surg and regular ICU as needed. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and implementing care in accordance with hospital policies and standards.

Key Details:

• Patient Ratio: 2:1
• Orientation: 4 to 6 weeks hands-on training
• EMR System: Allscripts Paragon
• Must have experience using EMRs and be able to read vital signs and administer injections/vaccinations
• Willingness to float without hesitation is required
