Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse II/III

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. 

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

- Operate and maintain medical equipment

- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options

- Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records

Requirements

Requirements:

- Active RN license in good standing with BSN (bachelor's degree)  required. 

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU nursing

- BLS and ACLS certification

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
