Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition upon admission and throughout each shift; report any changes promptly
• Perform procedures and functions as ordered; document care thoroughly and accurately
• Administer medications, monitor effectiveness, and address any adverse responses
• Deliver exceptional, compassionate care and anticipate patient needs
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, medications, treatments, and follow-up steps

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• New graduates welcome to apply
•  Active FL RN license or compact license (FL license required within 90 days of hire)
• BLS required
• Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and basic computer skills
