Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Lawton, OK

Salary: $30.00 $38.82/hour (based on experience; shift differentials & clinical pathway incentives available)

Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)

Job Description:

A leading healthcare facility in Lawton, OK is hiring Registered Nurses for its Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on the night shift. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.

A $6,000 sign-on bonus is available. Additionally, a $2,000 relocation bonus is offered to candidates who move to Lawton, OK (must relocate to Lawton specifically, not surrounding areas such as Elgin or Cache).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver total patient care through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and care plan development
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and patient care team members to provide quality ICU-level care
• Apply evidence-based practices and critical thinking to ensure safe and effective outcomes
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition promptly
• Adhere to professional standards, policies, and procedures within the clinical setting
• Provide care to all age groups including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as required

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• Minimum ICU experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
