FILRO Global Hiring is recruiting international Registered Nurses for U.S. Green Card sponsorship (EB-3) on behalf of a reputable U.S.-based healthcare staffing agency. Under this model, the staffing agency will be your direct employer and EB-3 sponsor, and you will be assigned to work at one of their partnered Chicagoland-area hospitals.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor and assess patient health conditions, report changes to healthcare providers
Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation
Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
Valid RN license in the United States
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts

Credentialing Support: Our credentialing team will support nurses with license endorsement and visa screen.
