Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics

Location: Peterborough, NH

Shift Type: Nights (12-hour shifts)

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $28.90 - $46.23
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
• Payment Schedule: $5,000 on the first check, $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 1 year

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and dynamic team on an 8-bed LDRP unit delivering over 350 babies annually. The Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics RN will provide individualized care, assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care for patients. This role offers challenges, learning opportunities, and a chance to make a meaningful difference in the birthing experience.

• Unit Details:
• 8-bed LDRP unit
• Ratios: 1:1 for active labor, 1:2-3 for Mother/Baby
• Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care for obstetrics patients.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN and pediatric teams.
• Utilize AWHONN standards.
• EMR experience required.
