*Responsibilities:*

* Deliver direct nursing care of assigned residents according to individual plan of care and in keeping with scope of practice and agency policies and procedures
* Document resident information and nursing actions performed and resident response to care timely and appropriately
* Manageable workloads, excellent staffing ratios
* 2 weeks of orientation for new hires – if you need more, just let us know!

*Qualifications and Requirements:*

* A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
* Must be CPR certified
* Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on the units
* Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
