Position Summary
The Registered Nurse Manager will support the Nurse Outreach Program by providing field-based care and assessments to individuals experiencing homelessness, ensuring quality and compassionate health services across NYC.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise nursing staff across all boroughs
• Coordinate scheduling and reporting
• Ensure adherence to DHS guidelines and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
• Active NYS RN license
• 5+ years of nursing experience, 2+ in supervisory role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
