Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care across the Med-Surg and Telemetry units. This leader oversees daily operations, staffing, and performance outcomes in alignment with organizational standards and goals. The role demands a balance of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and compassionate care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and staffing needs to meet patient care demands

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license (active and in good standing)
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of start date
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – must be obtained within 30 days of start date
• Leadership experience preferred
