Salary: $30.00 $38.82/hour (based on experience; includes shift differentials and Clinical Pathway advancement)

Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts, (1845-0700))

Job Description:

A full-time Registered Nurse is needed for the Medical-Surgical Unit (Night Shift) in Lawton, OK. This unit is ideal for nurses passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The role includes telemetry monitoring for patients with a variety of medical needs including heart failure, diabetes, and gastrointestinal issues.

This opportunity comes with a $6,000 sign-on bonus, and a $2,000 relocation bonus is available for candidates relocating specifically to Lawton, OK (excluding nearby areas such as Elgin or Cache).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, create and implement patient care plans, and provide direct bedside nursing care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise ancillary staff to maintain clinical nursing standards
• Monitor patient vitals and physiological signs using telemetry equipment
• Manage care across all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Work in a 12-bed unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:45 depending on acuity
• Participate in a rotation-based weekend and on-call schedule
• Contribute to patient safety, satisfaction, and recovery outcomes

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible for licensure)
• Previous med-surg or telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
