Registered Nurse - Med Surg

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical-Surgical unit to provide exceptional patient-centered care, collaborate with a supportive team, and grow your nursing career in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, quality, and evidence-based nursing care to patients on the Medical-Surgical floor
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
• Administer medications and treatments while ensuring compliance with standards of practice
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa, or a compact/multistate license with eligibility to practice in Iowa
• Current BCLS certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certificates (must be obtained upon hire)
