Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg/Telemetry, PCU

Location: Claremont, NH

Salary: $33.90 $45.25/hour ($70,512 - $94,120 annually, based on experience and 40-hour workweek)

Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced RNs for its Med Surg/Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit. This is a critical access hospital setting, ideal for nurses comfortable working independently in a small unit. The RN will care for a diverse patient population, utilizing critical thinking and the nursing process to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care in a medical/surgical unit with cardiac monitoring
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• Independently manage patient needs and collaborate with the care team
• Communicate clearly with physicians, patients, and families
• Maintain accurate patient documentation

Requirements:

• RN licensure
• Experience in medical/surgical and emergency department settings
• Ability to work independently in a rural facility
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
