Shift Type: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours/week, 3 x 12-hour shifts)

Hourly Rate: $24.48 - $39.16

Annual Salary: $50,918 - $81,453

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Position Overview:

Provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Manage up to six patients per shift with the assistance of two LMAs per floor. The role includes a 4-6 week orientation program to ensure readiness for independent practice. Nurses must be comfortable reading vital signs, administering injections/vaccinations, and floating as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and evaluate total nursing care in alignment with the units philosophy.
• Maintain continuity of care across shifts and collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Participate in education, record maintenance, and policy updates.
• Utilize Allscripts Paragon EMR system for documentation.

Unit Details:

• 18 staffed beds.
• Patient-centered environment supported by 4-6 weeks of orientation.
