Position Overview

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled RN to join a high-performing Medical-Surgical unit. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care with an emphasis on collaboration, autonomy, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift; report any status changes
• Perform procedures and monitoring per provider orders, with timely documentation
• Administer prescribed medications; monitor for response and intervene as needed
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate their needs proactively
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatments, and aftercare
• Support positive patient outcomes and experiences through compassionate care

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Active RN license or Advanced Practice RN license in Florida
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
