About the Role
As an Acute Care RN, you
will provide comprehensive, professional nursing care to patients with diverse
medical needs. You’ll be responsible for delivering coordinated, therapeutic,
and compassionate care—always grounded in evidence‑based practice and aligned
with the ANA Code of Ethics, ANA Scope & Standards, and the Nurse
Practice Act for the state of Montana.
You’ll collaborate closely with
interdisciplinary teams, support patients and families through critical
moments, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and clinical
excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care
in an acute care setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized
care strategies based on physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Maintain compliance with professional, regulatory,
and organizational standards.
- Utilize evidence‑based practices and unit-specific
competencies outlined in onboarding and specialty standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support
staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Serve as an advocate for patients and families
throughout the care continuum

openings across Acute Care:
- Per Diem / On‑Call – Variable Shifts
- Part‑Time – Day Shift
Role Details
- Employment Type: Full‑Time (benefits eligible)
- Experience Level: 1–2 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Management Experience: Not required
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed

Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Montana Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
• BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
• 1 year of nursing experience
• ACLS – American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire)
• PALS – American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
• National certification in specialty area (upon hire), when applicable
