Description

SUMMARY: Utilizes the nursing process to provide quality age appropriate nursing care to patients that is consistent with organizational philosophy, goals and policies and procedures. 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN Preferred. Experience: Must have at least one year of hospital medical-surgical nursing experience License: Current New York State Registered Nurse License and BLS Required

Working Conditions:

Manual: Some manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity

Occupational: Some occupational risk

Physical Effort: Very Heavy effort. May exert up to 50 lbs. force

Physical Environment: Significant exposure to dirt, odors, noise, human waste, etc.
