Job Description - Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry

We are seeking a Med/Surg Registered Nurse for a float pool position with a Sun/Mon/Tue schedule. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the specialty, be Epic certified, and hold current BLS/ACLS certifications. Responsibilities include floating to various Med Surg areas as needed, maintaining a complete work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days, providing required documentation such as a skills checklist and references, and ensuring all necessary demographic information is updated in the profile.
