Job Description - Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry

Seeking a M/S TELE RN for a Float Pool position, responsible for floating to all medical-surgical floors including a new 5A Surgical ACE unit. This role involves caring for an adult/older adult population with a patient ratio of 1:5, handling trauma cases, administering Heparin drips, and managing acute medications per order. BLS/ACLS certification and experience with EPIC EMR are required, and familiarity with specialty equipment such as gait belts, geriatric chairs, and PT equipment is beneficial. Prior training in Skilled Nursing/Rehab/NICHE is a plus.
