Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother / Baby Unit

Location: Frisco, Texas

Shift: 12-hour Nights

Shifts Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Salary Range: $32 - $53

Job Overview:

As a Registered Nurse in our Mother/Baby unit. This role includes caring for high acuity patients in a supportive and learning-focused environment, fostering a pathway to professional growth and expertise development.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Mother/Baby unit, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring effective outcomes.
• Engage in continuous education and training to advance your nursing skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care and education to families.

Unit Details:

• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Number of Beds: 20
• Special Recognition: Level III maternal designation, Nationally recognized for maternity care
• Unit Features: 24/7 OB hospitalist and anesthesia, competitive pay rates, tuition reimbursement, and bonus programs based on quality initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Current and valid nursing license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
