Job Summary

As a Neuro Oncology RN, you will oversee patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This includes patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and tracking responses. Your role will ensure seamless care by navigating patient needs and healthcare systems while minimizing complications and delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient needs, and adjust care plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintain nursing practice quality through continuous evaluation and research-based adjustments.
• Provide education to patients, families, and staff, integrating learning into daily care.
• Utilize system resources to address problems efficiently for patients and staff.
• Contribute to the professional nursing environment through decision-making and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
