Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health is on a mission to revolutionize behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. Our state-of-the-art facility, offering both inpatient and outpatient services, is set to open in spring 2025 in Pawnee, Oklahoma.

WHO YOU ARE:
A compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse committed to providing high-quality care in a behavioral health setting. You’re a team player, problem-solver, and advocate for patient wellness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
✔ Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain before start date).
✔ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
✔ 2+ years of nursing experience (behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred).
✔ Strong knowledge of psychotropic medications, mental health disorders, and addiction treatment.
✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
✔ Excellent communication, documentation, and crisis intervention skills.
