Registered Nurse (RN) | Nursing that provides a work-life balance! 
Greater Danbury Area | Ability Beyond 
M-F Shift (Full-Time) | NO ON-CALL | NO WEEKENDS

If you are tired of conventional, institutional nursing, come use your RN skills in a setting where you can slow down, think, and make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve! No experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD)? No worries. We will teach you! 
What you will do:  
  • Provide nursing oversight and coordinate care for individuals in residential settings 
  • Collaborate with a supportive team (direct care staff, providers, clinical partners) 
  • Strengthen care through teaching, training, and quality/audit activities 
What we are looking for: 
  • Active RN License 
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience 
  • Passion for person-centered care
