Pay: $45–$62 per hour (DOE)
Are you a skilled and compassionate RN looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re seeking dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurses to join our award-winning hospice care team, where every visit matters and every patient is treated with dignity, respect, and love.
At our hospice, we believe in honoring life and offering peace during its final stages. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to terminally ill patients and their families—ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life every step of the way.
As a Per Diem RN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized hospice care in the home or care facility setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing thorough nursing assessments to determine and address patient needs.
Delivering compassionate, skilled nursing care focused on comfort and symptom management.
Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans.
Providing education and emotional support to patients and their loved ones.
Accurately documenting all patient interactions and care provided.
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous hospice or palliative care experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
A compassionate, patient-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Competitive pay: $45–$62 per hour, depending on experience.
