Location: Rochester, NY (On-site)
Reports to: VP, Operations

About Town Square Health

Town Square Health is building a new kind of value-based care model. Our team has come together with one goal in mind: to create the gold standard for how we experience healthcare in the United States. We are opening our first multi-specialty health centers serving Medicare-eligible patients, with plans for expansion into multiple markets.

We are seeking collaborative, thoughtful, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The RN Practice Manager oversees clinical and operational execution at our Rochester health center. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership and operational management responsibilities.

This position is accountable for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and supporting team performance in a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Provide direct patient care, including triage and patient education, in alignment with clinical standards
  • Serve as a clinical resource to patients, families, and care team members
  • Support clinical staff through training, mentorship, and oversight of care delivery practices
  • Promote adherence to evidence-based care and patient safety standards

Operations & Practice Management

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Monitor clinic performance, including quality metrics, patient experience, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA)
  • Support revenue cycle processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and clinical readiness

Team Leadership & Development

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff
  • Supervise team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development
  • Foster a professional, respectful, and inclusive work environment
  • Facilitate team meetings to support communication and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting (e.g., primary care, ambulatory care, or community health)
  • Experience supervising or leading clinical staff

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with healthcare operations, quality improvement, and reimbursement processes

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to analyze data and support decision-making
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $90,000 – $98,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
