A health clinic located near Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is seeking a full-time, permanent Primary Care Registered Nurse to join their team!

The Primary Care Registered Nurse Job Description:

• Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
  


• Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
  


• This is a hybrid position, some days onsite, some days remote
  


• Great clinic leadership and administration team!
  


• Will act as liaison between providers and patients, mainly recording medical history
  

The Primary Care Registered Nurse Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have active RN license
  


• Must have 2 years of primary care nursing experience
  


• Must have experience with Quality Management, CMS, and HEDIS
