Registered Nurse - PRN - In Home Care Agency

Caring Senior Service of Raleigh is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Registered Nurse to join our growing team. We are dedicated to helping seniors maintain independence and dignity by providing exceptional, non-medical in-home care.

  Conduct in-home assessments and create individualized care plans

  Oversee care delivery through regular supervisory visits

  Monitor caregiver documentation and ensure compliance with care protocols

  Evaluate caregiver competency with ongoing skill assessments

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with clients, families, and providers to adjust care plans as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Support quality improvement and clinical oversight

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in scheduled on-call rotations

  
  

• 
  

  Current RN license in good standing (North Carolina)

  
  


• 
  

  Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year of nursing experience, including at least 6 months supervising paraprofessionals

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in senior or geriatric care is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass a full background check

  Hours: 10–15 hours per week (flexible PRN schedule)

  Availability: Some evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-call rotation required
