This role is a critical member of the clinical team responsible for monitoring patients for early signs of deterioration, responding promptly to rapid response calls, and educating nursing staff on recognizing and managing patient decline. This role ensures patient safety through proactive surveillance and clinical expertise.

Education/Degree Required:

Associate of Science in Nursing Or

Diploma Nurse Or

Degree Preferred:

Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS)

Experience:

  • 1-2 years Cardiac Experience Preferred
  • 1-2 years Telemetry Experience
  • Hospital Experience

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
  • Conscious Sedation Certification Preferred
  • Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Preferred
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
