Job Description - Registered Nurse (Regenerative Medicine)

The Sears Anti-Aging Institute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient-centered, regenerative medicine clinic delivering concierge-level care. The RN will collaborate closely with our physician and clinical team to provide advanced clinical support (assessment, IV therapy, EKG, phlebotomy) and quickly build competency across our core modalities (IVs, laser IVs, ECP, and transcranial therapies).

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with advanced regenerative and restorative therapies, including stem cells, lasers, hyperbaric oxygen, hormone balancing, PRP, peptides, and chelation. The RN will combine high-touch patient care with strong clinical judgment, care coordination, and leadership in upholding best-practice standards.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically confident, and motivated to grow within regenerative and integrative medicine. RNs are expected to achieve independence in core therapies by ~week 2, with targeted Stem Cell and Hyperbaric Oxygen certifications by ~90 days. High performers will have a clear growth path toward Clinical Supervisor/Manager responsibilities.

Who Thrives Here

Patient-First Mindset – You deliver care with compassion, dignity, skill, and premium service.
Life-Long Learning – You are committed to mastering cutting-edge therapies and elevating standards of care.
Team Collaboration – You communicate proactively and contribute to a seamless, supportive, high-performance team environment.

A Day in the Life of an RN

  • Maintain therapeutic communication, comfort, and safety throughout each visit.
  • Provide patient education on treatment expectations, preparation, and aftercare.
  • Monitor for adverse reactions, escalate concerns, and exercise clinical judgment in patient care decisions.

  • Administer, monitor, and evaluate therapies such as traditional and laser IVs, ECP, transcranial treatments, and hyperbaric support.
  • Support advanced regenerative procedures (PRP, peptide administration, hormone protocols) in collaboration with the physician.
  • Oversee clinical accuracy, protocol adherence, and safety of all therapies delivered.

Care Coordination & Patient Flow

  • Support patient access by helping with reception as needed—check-ins, calls, scheduling, chart prep.
  • Coordinate patient transitions to minimize wait times and optimize clinic flow.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care.

Environment, Equipment & Safety

  • Prepare treatment rooms and devices before each session; uphold hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards.
  • Oversee equipment care, stocking, and readiness for all therapies.
  • Maintain a safe clinical environment in alignment with RN standards and regulatory expectations.

Documentation & Clinical Accuracy

  • Complete accurate, timely documentation and EMR charting.
  • Review charts for next-day patients; ensure orders, labs, and clinical notes are complete.
  • Participate in updating and validating protocols and SOPs with an RN clinical lens.

Quality, Compliance & Protocol Leadership

  • Follow all clinical SOPs with documented read-attests and competency checks.
  • Uphold HIPAA and patient privacy at all times.
  • Assist in quality improvement initiatives, safety monitoring, and protocol enhancement.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with medical providers and staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to review patient needs, scheduling, and priorities.
  • Mentor LPNs, MAs, and new team members in therapies and safety protocols as competencies are achieved.

Culture & Healing Environment

  • Embody the Sears mission of restoring vitality naturally and express the Five Senses of Healing philosophy.
  • Maintain a professional, calming, uplifting environment for patients and staff.
