Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join a Post-Operative Renal Vascular unit. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to post-op and medically complex adult patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' conditions during admission and each shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and advocate for patient needs
• Analyze assessment data to determine appropriate diagnoses and individualized outcomes
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient’s health goals and conditions
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Promote a safe and efficient care environment by managing time, supplies, and equipment effectively
• Support a culture of safety, accountability, and compassionate care throughout the patient stay

• Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating)
