Registered Nurse RN 10000 Bonus Lake Ridge

Lake Ridge Care Center, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. We offer generous benefits and a $10,000 Bonus!

There are Full-Time and Part-Time benefit eligible positions working varied schedules, including every other weekend. 

Day Hours: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm or 6:00am to 2:00pm
Evening Hours: 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Pay Range: $34.23 - $40.75 / hour depending on experience

Full-Time is eligible for a $10,000 bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $7,500 bonus.

Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Registered Nurse (RN) skills and requirements:

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
• Current BLS certification required. 
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
